Palm Auberge — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

I am only leaving one star as it won’t let me leave zero stars. This is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in in my life. I left my two scooters and now the manager is ignoring my phone calls, he has stolen from me!! Breakfast included which was fine for the first few days then it was ONE boiled egg each.. wifi does not work unless you stand outside.. then they look you in the rooms at night and you have to call the manger who is not in the hotel to come and open the doors. Not so easy to reach without a car provided with a good GPS, once there we found a peaceful, quiet place with a nice, well preserved garden, pool and very friendly staff. The owner invited and prepared us an excellent, moroccan dinner in the garden with plenty of rich, tasteful dishes to enjoy.Excellent for those looking for relax after the agitated...

Hôtel a fuir.je ne comprends absolument pas la note attribuée à cette Hôtel. Sans parler de la geocalisation très isolée. Pour se rendre à la koutoubia, nous leur avons payés 100 dh aller/retour et 150 aller pour la gare , hors un taxi nous a mentionné 30 dh jusqu'à la koutoubia! Hors mi cela, les photos ne représentent absolument pas la réalitée, c'est très décevant limite en avoir 1 crise cardiaque ! Tout est vieux, tout est négligé, mobiliers en commun tâchés, l'eau coupée pendant la nuit , évacuation douche et lavabo bouchée , lavabo extrêmement petit. Cafard et araignée dans la chambre qui passent sous la porte.A fuir ne pas considérer la note de 8.3 l'hôtel ne mérite meme pas d'être mentionné. Extrêmement cher pour ce que c'est ! A ce prix il y a de vrais Hôtel situé en ville ou dans les nouveau quartiers ! Le seul point positif la jeune fille et le patron gentil...
