L'Escale Suites Résidence Hôtelière By 7AV HOTELS — Hotel in Mohammedia

We were booked into another hotel in Mohammedia but after reading many of the reviews about this hotel and having a pool made us change our booking to this hotel. We have to say that the staff at this hotel have ALL together got to be the best, friendliest, professional, caring and welcoming we have ever come across anywhere. This is not just in our many months over many years travelling around Morocco where we have found some lovely hospitable individuals BUT this particular hotel has in our view the very best of the best anywhere in the world!!! From Amina, Chaimma, Mohammed, Amina (Aabla), Hagid (sorry if some of your names have been spelt incorrectly) and last but not least the security man looking after the cars etc. EVERYONE was so nice, smiling, attentive and really welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, room was prefect as was the pool. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and well kept. We will definitely be back again and next time for a longer stay. We recently stayed at L’Escale Suites Résidence Hôtelière By 7AV HOTELS and overall had a great experience. After check-in, we went up to our room, which was spotless and in perfect condition. Later that evening, after a short outing and dinner, we returned just before midnight and noticed a small puddle of water in the kitchen area. Apparently, a hose in the bathroom hadn’t been properly secured and caused some dripping.

Although it was a minor issue that could have been fixed easily by hand, it hadn’t been addressed. We contacted the reception, and Tariq, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He solved the problem immediately by giving us a new room — the whole process took less than five minutes.
