I have stayed here for two nights and can definitely say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. This 3-star hotel has incredible service, modern and very spacious rooms with great beds, a very relaxing spa and pool area, and my personal highlight, the most incredible and friendly reception...and in my opinion, it should be ranked a 5-star hotel.
In those two days, I had multiple questions and requests, and they did everything to help me within an hour.
I needed a SIM card; they organized one for me, as well as a bus ride to Bagan.
The reception clearly represents the heart of the hotel, and I will recommend staying here to everyone and, of course, stay here again myself.

Read moreI used to stay at this hotel once a month at least. Clean rooms, friendly staffs and management and nice panoramic view from the rooftop bar. So, I wanted to give 5 stars.
I met some guests who smoke cigarette in the lift and loud speaking in the corridor and door slam at midnights. (Not the locals for sure). I made a call to front desk and complaint about this issues.
