Thoroughly enjoyed our stay because of the great service, and the beautiful settings. We stayed in the detached bungalows, which were definitely worth the extra few dollars. They feature wide verandas overlooking gardens, completely surrounded by nature. The reason for 1 star off is a lack of general maintenance and cleanliness. Some of the walls are dirty, and in need of a fresh coat of paint. Quite a few maintenance items have been overlooked. But the beautiful surroundings, quiet location, and friendly staff give this place a solid 4 stars.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Located 8 minutes walking distance from Pao Mon, which has an amazing cooking class and very good local food. Other than that, a bit far from town but easy to get around by taxi. They organized a very friendly and helpful guide for the day. Breakfast is quite good. Nice garden seating to take meals or enjoy an evening drink. One caution however, one of our rooms was filled with mosquitos and this is the reason for not rating 5 stars.

One the best hotel in Mawlamyine and recommend to spend a few nights when you are in MLM for business or leisure. A little far away from city center but it is a hidden gem.Room is spacious, clean and relax. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is limited. Environment is very nice and charming. Recommend to stay at Bungalow. Suggestions : Breakfast could be better if more varieties available.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Welcome was good, received a welcome drink. Room was ready early. Really nice room, bed very comfortable and nice bedding. Bathroom was nice good and hot shower. All very clean. WiFi was annoying only given 2 log ins and you need 1 per device per day. We asked for more and were given them. Breakfast was poor, stale cornflakes and food was cold. No buffet on our last day. Not asked what we wanted just place lots of food on the table which we couldn’t eat. This hotel is very remote and there is basically nothing nearby. Staff booked our bus although took us 2 days to confirm this as they didn’t seem to know what was going on. Finally got confirmation on the evening before we were due to leave. It was expensive and we were put on a local minibus packed with too many people and we broke down. The bus was not even road worthy. Would...

Hotel with attached bungalows set in an attractive garden. The individual wooden bungalows are spacious and very comfortable with a large seating area outside. Mosquitoes were a minor nuisance: bring coils! Bed has a large mosquito net. It’s a long way to town but it’s well worth it to be in a quiet, beautiful area. Tuktuk takes about 10min and cost us 4000k. No taxis driving past so ride has to be ordered by phone. But this seems to be the pattern anyway in this part of Myanmar. Hotel has an excellent restaurant serving Thai meals etc. Cheaper restaurants and bars are about 750m away. Really enjoyed staying here, one of the nicest place we’ve...

Although this hotel is a motorbike ride out of town, it is worth it! The staff are really friendly, nice, and helpful (and speak great English, if that's a concern for you). The room was spacious, had an A/C that worked well, and a flat screen TV on the wall (which only received about 13 channels, but 3 or 4 were English and 1 was HBO). The bathroom also had plenty of space, was clean and attractive. The shower was hot, but like in most of Asia was not separated from the rest of the bathroom by door or curtain. The breakfast was tasty as was the one dinner we ate in...
