Golden Beach Hotel — Hotel in Pathein

I just want to let you know,this is my worst experience ever in any Beach resort,if you are planning to visit chaung thar, there are so many resorts in compare to this resorts, bathroom was smelly, house keeping are not doing there job properly,if you order food to room, no one is there to clean the dirty plate till two days because of that so many ants will come to ur room,there will be electricity only 6 pm to 6 am, and afternoon 1 to 3 pm. air-conditioning is not got, it will never make ur room cool, every morning house keeping will clean the room but after cleaning u will find same condition,so better to look different resorts, in same price u can get better option.i don't recommend this resorts any more,I planned to stay 6 nights to stay in this resort,but after looking the condition I started searching from next day a better option and I found it.and when I inform front office, that I want to check out front office say its ok...but after next day they inform us that we have to pay more money because we are checking out,they don't want to solve...

Dear management team ,|I would like to improve your Hotel industry services.||I got a lot of bad experiences from your hotels industry.|Every years come to stay your hotel ,but I don’t want to stay anymore because of last trip with my friends they’re recommended very so said for your services.|1.when check in ,asking for internet WiFi password,your FOM he don’t want to gave enough for ours group .|2. When we are ringing to reception for anything we need , they are requested to call other extension number again,so bad|3.We request to order Bed room amenities or room service , we have to wait around 1 hours.|4.When we are check out time requested for late check out, Hotel FOM don’t want to be arrangements but when I asking to hotel room are available because of Monday Nobody is there.||I don’t want to writing other experience for your hotel inconvenience.||I got a lot of experience with your...

The services was excellent . The foods were satisfied but for breakfast I would like to eat more verity traditional foods like Shan noddle. The bed room was great but the bathroom was quite upset they don't provide floor map. They don't have the shower curtain. The shower hose need to hold n shower. The bathtub is too small for tall people. The tower was not near to the bathtub. After shower you have to get the tower with your wet body and the floor was slipped abit dangerous for old people and young children. .
