Quite possibly the best budget hotel in Myanmar. The best thing is they don’t force foreigners to pay in USD, unlike many other hotels in Myanmar. The design is minimalist and very practical. The bathroom furnishings and room appliances are all good brands. The room is clean, spacious, and bright. Some of the staff (especially Paing Ye Htun) speak very good English. The free breakfast was excellent with many hot dishes and fresh fruits. La Vista would be even more perfect if they provided blackout curtains in the rooms and fresh coffee with the buffet breakfast instead of just instant coffee. Finally, they should consider opening hotels in the big cities like Yangon...

As someone who doesn’t usually carry personal toiletries while traveling — to avoid the risk of leaks or stains in my luggage — I rely on what the hotel provides. When I requested additional shampoo and body wash, the staff informed me that I would need to pay extra for them.
It’s not about the small cost, but about the lack of hospitality and care for guests’ comfort. Unfortunately, this experience left a poor impression, and I will not be choosing this hotel again...
