I loved my stay here. It felt like I had my home office again. The hotel does not look like much from the outside but when you come in it is like a MUSEUM! So many contemporary art pieces.

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. The facilities and amenities were well kept, I would argue this was the fanciest hotel I have been to in Myanmar by price. The amenities feel like it is at least 3.5 star, but this hotel is actually just a 2 star.

Electricity is always on 24/7 and the internet is pretty decent. I had zoom calls without much lag!

One downside though is every service here is EXPENSIVE. Laundry, food, breakfast are all above average priced. The only saving grace is that they give you free airport transfers. But I guess that is their business model, cheap brief layover stays.

Also, they tried to keep my passport safe for me in a folder. I didn't appreciate that at all, they should have brought me my passport back as soon as they didn't need it! I had to ask for it back...

Finally, the location (aside from being close to the airport) is horrible. Only 2 restaurants are nearby and they are both average at best, with one being better because if pricing. No convinient stores at all, you can't buy snacks or any thing else you need like shampoo without taking a taxi to the middle of the city.

Overall it was a good stay, I would comeback again a day before my next flight out of Myanmar. Other than that, you won't...

Hello everyone.

I would like to share my client exp. booking through Agoda web site as we have booked 3 days 4 nights, as we are coming from other country so the counting of the days must be counted from the last night upo to the first night, thats all hotels start with 3 stars, another thing is how come the front desk did not ask my client before his last day by 6 hours at least, that he want to extend or not, and how also the front desk accept another booking while another customer still did not confirm that he will extend or not as they did not ask him, but infact they got a higher rate 35$ for the same room so they accept the booking through their system, as our booking was through agoda and was discounted aLong with VIP golden accoun, the 3rd issue you can not force the client to pay with MOney changer rate, its impossible, they have to add it as per bank rate , so our total payment was 53$ with bank rate 2100 or 2200 Kyat not excghange rate 3250... its so funny, any how im sharibng this story just for any travelle information, we are not trouble makers, as well their are also nice people over their with...

Impressive accommodation without the expense. Definitely worth the money I paid. This hotel is very close to the airport. If you do not need to be in the city, this could be the place for you when in Yangon. The hotel is relatively new. It has aice lighting and the room is quite big. I got myself a single room with a double bed. Room comes with a refrigerator, luggage rack, a small table to work on, coffee and tea facility and television.

The service at K.C Hotel is quite good — I’d rate it 4/5. The lobby area is beautifully decorated and gives a great first impression. One convenient feature is the shuttle bus service from the hotel to Yangon Airport, which is very helpful for travelers. However, the room was a bit small, and the stairs leading to the rooms were quite dirty and could be slippery. That area really needs better cleaning and maintenance for guest safety.
