When I had to ask for the minimal like water , which was not in a communal area, or a blanket the host seemed reluctant to help and I had to wait a long time even though I was the only guest 1000 rupees is a lot of money for the area ;at dinner time the host asked what time I wanted to eat , but then when I suggested a time she said it was too late , so why bother asking The whole atmosphere was not friendly , the food was adequate and I only ate there for dinner because I would be charged an extra 1200 rupees if I didn’t I ate breakfast and dinner there, for lunch I went to the next hotel and on my return the host questioned me asking me where I had been ; like I was a child. I understand it’s on the trekking route , so there are rules , but I spent the whole day there because it was a rest day for me on my trek. Worst Place. Skip this place. Found worm 🪱 in our breakfast. Also the place is too expensive its direct loot, not even 10 minutes away from the bus stop and they charges way more. We stopped while returning from ABC trek and this place is way more expensive than any of the remote lodges we stayed. The room has a 0 watt bulb and the power switch doesn't work so you can't charge your phone from room. The lady manager has no manners and speaks rudely. Food is worst, we found insect larva in our breakfast. 🤮🤮. They replaced our breakfast 3 times and still we found worms on our food absolute disgusting. The most expensive yet the worst place I stayed in on the ABC trek. Owner charges 1000 for a room with a bathroom and 600 for shared bathroom. The shared bathroom had a rancid disgusting smell and you couldn’t even pass by it without gagging. Promised hot shower but later when I asked about it, she said maybe no hot water, cold water is okay for short shower, lol. No power in the room and even in the dining hall couldn’t charge my phone because they had no power. Tried to charge extra for wifi also but I had no chance to even use the wifi since I couldn’t charge anything.
