A memorable and uplifting stay at Hotel Natural Spring
My time at Hotel Natural Spring was truly wonderful. It stands out as an excellent choice, especially being a luxury hotel in Tatopani and an ideal resting spot when traveling towards Jomsom or Muktinath/Mustang. It has quickly become one of my favorite places to stay.
Perfect Location and Breathtaking Views
The hotel enjoys a fantastic, prime location surrounded by stunning hills, mountains, and a beautiful mountain river. The views from the hotel are simply breathtaking. In my room, large windows framed magnificent sights of the mountains and the flowing river.
What’s more, the natural hot spring (Tato Pani) is just a short, one-minute walk away. The river right in front of the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere and excellent opportunities for photos on the riverbed. Conveniently, there is also ample parking available on-site.
Comfortable Rooms and Great Amenities
The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and very comfortable, providing a top-class experience. The beds were especially cozy, helping me rest well.
My room comes with air conditioning and a reliable hot water supply, ensuring refreshing, powerful hot showers. Inside the hotel, amenities were excellent, and the overall cleanliness and comfort made it easy to relax as soon as I arrived.
Friendly Service and Warm Hospitality
The staff’s service was impressive and genuinely welcoming. They were polite, kind, and always ready to help. The reception team stood out for their friendly attitude, making the stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality left me very satisfied throughout my visit.
Tasty Food with Quick Service
The food was fresh, delicious, and served in generous portions. Service was prompt, and I especially loved the grilled chicken with its creamy sauce—it was a true highlight. Breakfast was also delicious and well appreciated.

Read moreA Heartfelt Stay at Hotel Natural Spring To all fellow travelers heading to Tatopani, Myagdi, Nepal: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Natural Spring, and I wanted to share a few thoughts to provide some context for what a remarkable place this is. It's easy to forget how much effort goes into running a hotel in such a remote and beautiful location. Tatopani sits at an altitude of 1,200 meters, which means every service and amenity here is a testament to the hard work of the local community. The hotel staff and owners face a unique set of challenges. Everything from fresh produce and bakery items to fuel and equipment has to be transported from far-off cities like Pokhara and Kathmandu over difficult roads. This isn't a quick trip—it adds significant time and cost. Because of this, the hotel has to be incredibly self-sufficient. They manage their own kitchen, bakery, and laundry services, often without the outside suppliers we take for granted in a city. This dedication extends to their staff, who are a vital part of what makes this place special. Finding skilled people willing to work in a remote area is tough, but the staff here goes above and beyond, working long hours with genuine warmth. Seasonal weather also plays a big role. For several months of the year, road conditions and limited business make logistics even more of a challenge. Even utilities like water and electricity can be unpredictable and take longer to restore. Despite all these hurdles, the people at Hotel Natural Spring welcome every guest with a kind and open heart. I was so impressed by their dedication and the pride they take in their work. They truly go to great lengths to ensure you have a comfortable stay. My time at Hotel Natural Spring was not just a visit, but a real glimpse into the resilience and hospitality of the Tatopani community. I'm grateful for their efforts and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic and...
Read moreWe had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Natural Spring Pvt Ltd Tatopani. I chose this hotel and paid a much higher rate than nearby options because it was advertised as the best in the area—with internet and air-conditioned rooms, both essential for my kids.
From the moment we checked in, things went downhill. There was a cockroach on the bed, and when I asked to change rooms, we were moved next door without any apology. The new room had a broken telephone, only two fuzzy TV channels, and no internet. When I asked about it, I was told they were “working on it,” but nothing was resolved.
That night, the power went out. It briefly came back on generator power, but then failed again. The air conditioning stopped, the room got extremely hot, and my young children couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t call reception, and when I went downstairs through pitch-dark stairs, there was no staff anywhere. The entire hotel was in total darkness with no support.
In the morning, a security guard casually mentioned the generator broke down. Strangely, the power came back exactly at 6:32 AM as staff started arriving. When I checked out, I returned the key at reception, but no one even acknowledged what had happened—no apology, no concern.
For a hotel that charges premium prices, they fail to provide even the most basic needs—no power, no internet, no customer service. Yet they act like a high-end establishment. Totally unacceptable. We paid three times more than nearby hotels and got a terrible experience in return. Not recommended at all, especially...
