New Dakshinkali Village Resort — Hotel in Dakshinkali Municipality

Good Evening,||I was there last Saturday ( 9th Oct ) with my girlfriend and some of my friends. Talking about your property, I was quite impressed. Your amenities including your swimming pool were incredible. You have such a beautiful location, full of nature and greeneries. Entering your property I felt so good and I had high expectations. However you guys lack a lot of things, which I will be listing below. Please give it a time and I hope you go through it. ||1) Staffs lack a lot of things. They lack hospitality, they don’t know how the guests are to be treated. We are there spending our own hardly earned money so that we can get this homely environment, where we can relax and where people treat us well. Your staffs are overconfidence. We spent almost 18 hours in your property but not a single staff though we were human beings. They never greet us nor did they take any feedbacks. ||||2) You have a big property, with a lot of investment. The prices in your menu are fair, but you must improve the portion size and try to enhance the taste of the foods. Else I don’t find it worth paying.||||3) During my check out, I did not ask for any discounts. I payed all your bill. There was quite a delay which is totally fine. I went to the bar asked for a cigarette and handed the bartender a 20 rupee note. He asked me for 5 rupees more, I requested if he can cut of the 5 rupee which he declined immediately. I then handed him 10 rupees for which he said he had no change of rupees 5 to hand me back. And he never payed me back my 5 rupees. Which is totally unprofessional of your staffs. ||||4) On my way back home I realized that I forgot my watch in your room cottage sided (203), where I stayed and i immediately called in (9801112424) this number and informed him about my situation. I went back to your property in about 15 to 20 min. There was no one in the reception desk and I thought they might be looking for my watch in that room. I stayed there for couple of min and I heard from no one. Instead I went in the room by myself and found no one inside the room. I searched the room by myself and found my watch laying in the bed and under the blanket. I later came back to the restaurant where I saw this service guy serving other guests. I asked him about the situation and he said I searched at the table I did not find your watch. For which I said him I found it under the blanket and he easily replied ‘’ eh blanket muni rakhnu bhako raicha’’ which means ‘’oh you kept it under the blanket’’ what was that?? If I had kept it, it would be a gift to your Housekeeping attendant. WHICH IS NOT!! ||I bet your owners are too rich and they don’t care about your property. If these things goes on you won’t have any genuine customers. Hope you will fix it and this is for your own benefits. I’m sorry to say this but, I am NEVER EVER COMING BACK!! And I am never suggesting anyone I know to visit your property. ||Thank you for stealing from me.||Best...

This resort is located on the way to the Dakshinkali Temple and is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. The ambiance is pleasant, making it a nice getaway spot for friends and family.

The resort features a swimming pool, although it is relatively small and could benefit from better maintenance. Accommodation options include standard, deluxe, and cottage rooms, but unfortunately, the rooms are not well-maintained, and there was an unpleasant odor in some areas which affected the overall comfort.

On the positive side, the food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor and clearly prepared with care. However, the service was just satisfactory, and some staff members did not behave as courteously as expected, which was a bit disappointing.

Despite a few shortcomings, this resort remains an affordable option for those looking to enjoy time in a scenic and serene location. With a few improvements in hospitality and maintenance, it has great potential to become a truly...

This was the worst experience till date...all the staff were rude did not respond on time and no greetings...only one staff member of this resort is good and that is the security guard..when we took the package for 12 people we took a family room but the room was very dirty smelled very bad did not have proper lighting no use amd throw tools like normal objects eg brush tissue there were only 2 pairs of slippers out of 12 pairs the swimming pool was also not well maintained...the water pressure in the shower is very low its impossible to take shower.. the commode does not even flush...there is no service according to the cost of staying...too much soda in rice...One good part is the view there and the background for those who loves to take photos....Overall the experience was very bad....good part security guard view and food...service 10/2 food 10/6 greeting 10/0 view 10/8 staff 10/3 except the security guard he's 10/10 only he welcome us very happily and warmly...
