Hills Heaven — Hotel in Dhulikhel

Had a really bad experience there. The room was so bad. Curtains were covered in fungus, even the toilet seat had some stains/ fungus? Underneath it, curtains in the bathroom were full of stains and fungus. They did not provide a towel in the room so when I requested for a towel they gave me one with multiple holes in it. I asked reception to change the curtains and they replaced them with curtains which had fungus too. Room had no heater and at night the room was freezing and i couldn’t sleep. I had the worst experience and could not finish my full stay duration. Unless they renovate and bring some MAJOR changes to the places, it’s not...
