One of the main highlights of this hotel is its convenient location. Being close to the airport means travelers can reach their accommodations quickly without worrying about traffic in Kathmandu. While the hotel is comfortable, there are minor areas for improvement. Additionally, expanding menu options in the in-house restaurant could add to the convenience for longer stays.

Read moreEven 1 star is too much for this hotel….. I was in this hotel on February 2024 and it was just disgusting… Yeah the photos may look great here or on booking, but in fact when you check in all the furniture turns out to be very old and the rooms haven't been cleaned for a long time. On the first day I had to wipe the dust on the windows and wash the floor myself because it was impossible to breathe.. I paid for my stay for 30 days, but left after 20 because I couldn't stand the unsanitary conditions and the constant lack of hot water in winter weather and of course nobody gives us a money in return for 10 days well not live there . The woman who owned the hotel said that there is hot water only in sunny weather and it is too expensive for them to pay for electric heaters LOL. The next thing is BREAKFASTS.. The owner of this hotel or her brother will cook them for you herself with the help of a dog in the kitchen.. I have nothing against animals, but I personally saw a dog climb onto the kitchen surface and touch the food that is intended for you.. The sterility of a dog is a big question, so I refused to eat in this restaurant. The Internet is very weak.. in the first two days of our stay, the owner turned off the Wi-Fi at night and this was also surprising. So, in general, in addition to the lack of hot water, dirt in the room, and destroyed furniture, you will have two more points to deal with: Point 1 - Your bed linen is still dirty because it is not changed after one or two-day stays, which happens often :)))))) Point 2 - there are a lot of aggressive dogs near the house that attack new people and one even bit me when I just wanted to go out to buy some water.. THE MOST SURPRISING THING FOR ME WAS coming here and seeing a ton of these positive reviews.. LOL GUYS, were you bribed?? or did you not pay attention to your surroundings? I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.. the owner does not care about her guests, she just makes money. For this price, you can really get better service.. at least clean bed linen and food without traces and smell of an...
Read moreThis hotel feeds and shelters local stray dogs inside its premises. I really appreciate that, and as a dog lover myself, I admire the intention. However, there’s a serious issue — whenever someone passes by the hotel, the dogs bark aggressively and sometimes try to bite. I’ve personally faced this problem several times.
The hotel should ensure that all the dogs are properly trained and vaccinated. Otherwise, they should inform animal control. What if a child is walking alone and gets attacked by these dogs? Who will take responsibility — the hotel or the dogs? I’ve seen many videos where children have been seriously injured, or even killed, in stray dog attacks.
I’m really sorry to say this, but the hotel seems careless and unconcerned about public safety. I don’t know if they genuinely love animals or if this is just a business strategy to show tourists they care for stray dogs and gain donations.
To be fair, I’ve seen them feeding the dogs at night too, so I don’t want to make assumptions. But I truly hope they train and manage the dogs properly. These dogs have barked at and tried to attack me twice just this week.
I doubt that all of them are properly vaccinated. If they are, the hotel should upload the vaccination history of these dogs for public reassurance.
Again, I want to clarify that I love dogs — but I’m also concerned about the safety of elderly people and children. And the main question remains: if something bad happens, who will be held responsible — the dogs or the...
