Very bad hotel, the room was very dirty and every morning I got up with red envelopes that had been bitten by bugs. Every day, water is added upstairs. It's very noisy. Many times it's added in the middle of the night and it doesn't sleep well. WiFi is useless. The cell phone signal is very poor! And the water heater was broken, causing me to take a bath in another room and causing me a lot of trouble. I was about to leave for a month before finding someone to fix it. I put up with this. The most annoying thing was that I started saying 800 Nepalese dollars for not doing laundry. I didn't do laundry and ended up asking me to pay 1,800 for water. After paying the deposit for a month, I wouldn't pay the rehydration fee. And the water in the toilet in the room is also bad. Sometimes it keeps running and doesn't fix it. Let me pay? I've really never seen a hotel like this. Bad review! I thought it was over after moving out. Today they called again, just trying to make me cancel my negative review. Sorry, but I won’t! Yesterday, the long-haired woman at the front desk was extremely rude. Charging 120 rupees for a tissue? Deducting every possible penny from the deposit? I politely asked many times about when I could get my deposit back after informing them of my checkout at 12 PM, but she kept delaying until 2:30 PM, claiming "the person handling cash was still at the bank." Only when I raised my voice did the owner finally step in. Then the front desk magically produced the neatly bundled money they’d clearly prepared earlier. The water charges suddenly dropped from 1800 to 800. People deserve to know this. Stop calling me. I won’t revise my review.

I had a fabulous time on my stay at The hotel de Sapphire .It was so wonderful to have someone look after all the details for me and your eye for detail is captivating . We had so many people tell us how beautiful and elegant the room looked and asked me “where did you find this amazing venue”. The food was so so good , everyone enjoyed their meals. How wonderful it was having all the basic amenities and the days and nights I spent will always be remembered. The service was utterly fascinating amidst 100% occupancy . Thank you again for all your hard work and care in planning our days and nights. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your hospitality!!!

Well, hospitality at it's best, I must say. The overall experience of the hotel, including the ever-helpful staffs, was very satisfactory. The location was what attracted us at first. But then, the hotel itself and the yum food just caught us off guard. Especially, the fresh bakes. I highly recommend them for a professional yet homely stay at a peaceful location but not too far from the center of the city.
