OYO 304 Hotel Manama — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

During my recent 5 nights stay at Hotel Manama, I encountered several issues that made my experience highly unsatisfactory. Hygiene Concerns: I was appalled to find cockroaches in my room, indicating a severe lapse in cleanliness standards. Lack of Basic Amenities: Unlike even the most budget-friendly accommodations that provide complimentary bottled water, this hotel did not offer any. Instead, I was charged 70 rupees for bottle. Billing Discrepancies: Upon requesting my bill a day before checkout, I was initially informed the total was 10,800 rupees. The owner then asked me advance 10,000 rupees just like that. After my own calculations, the correct amount was 8,940 rupees. The bill was unprofessionally prepared, with multiple corrections and even included charges for items like a toothbrush that was never provided in the room.

When I addressed these concerns, the owner was unwilling to acknowledge their mistakes, displaying a lack of professionalism that is unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that claims to be a “big hotel.”

But the good side is that they have a very good food.

I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues to prevent future guests from having similar...

All indians who wànt to stay here plz plz pls avoid to stay...very very bad behaviour of their staffs and their management...if u wanna enjoy then never try to visit in this hotel..it will ruin ur mood and spoil all ur crazines.. their only one purpose ..that is to make high bills...so costly food available there...they charged for our toothbrush.. shop and water...very bad experience...plz pls plz never try to stay here..I m from Bihar and this is my personal experiences...

I'm from Rameychap. I came to visit the Kathmandu Valley, and I was a little nervous about finding a good hotel nearby. I did some research and found Hotel Manama. This hotel offers quality service with delicious food and provides a beautiful view of the city. The best thing I liked about this hotel was that they offered pickup and drop-off services. The hotel rooms are very neat and clean, and I'm truly satisfied with the hospitality they provided.
