OYO 589 Hotel Trimurti — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

Ok lets talk about some pros: Rooms are pretty spacious beds are very comfy for blissful sleep, price range pretty under budget. , Food Services are fast and friendly. , Parking good to go for 2 wheelers only, Road almost connect by main highway , TV & wifi available.

Cons: Hygiene maintain below average , House keeping well i have to call them every day , Dry cleaning service not available long stay not prefer, Food varieties they have but food taste average expected much according to price tag.

The rooms were decent but there was no proper hot water provided. Room service wasn't accurate and overpriced. The final bill had a lot of additional items which we did not order. For a person who does not understand Nepali completely there is a huge chance of getting duped. OYO services are usually not so bad. Also hotel service should have some morals and not try to cheat their guests. I suggest some action should be taken against this hotel...
