Let's start with my 1st order, They were such a humble and energetic people. They replied instantly and discussed about my order for a long period on time, which was really appreciable. Customer service assistant and delivery guy were very punctual. Loved how they assisted me although it was very min order. Talking about the cake, it's too fluffy, delicious, juicy and too cute that I dont want to cut it for a sec 😉😉. And, My 2nd order, I requested them to write a note along with cake on my behalf and they did actually what I wanted. Delivery was prompt even I swipe the time from day to morning at last minute. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Call My Cake! I showed them a specific design I had in mind (a zodiac-themed crescent moon and sun cake), and they made it exactly how I asked, down to the tiniest details. Another popular bakery in Kathmandu quoted me almost NRS 9000 and refused to make the exact cake unless it was over 5 lbs, which was just crazy lmao.

Call My Cake not only agreed to make it smaller, but they were super cooperative and excited to bring my vision to life. The customer service is top-notch. It's super easy to order, even if you're outside of Nepal. And their prices were a lot more reasonable.

After reading all the reviews, I blindly ordered a cake. It arrived on time. And when we ate the cake, I was SHOCKED. The cake was really awesome. Everybody started asking me, from where I ordered the cake. We all were surprised that the cake ordered from a place we never heard before would actually be so GOOD. We were used to ordering cakes from the most popular bakeries. But this time, because of unfavorable situations, I had to find a new bakery to order the cake.
