Hotel S.S Dream — Hotel in Kohalpur

NOT recommended!

Sanitation: ZERO Service: a HUGE ZERO Food: INEDIBLE

Would have given no star if it was possible!

We went there the day before yesterday and had the WORST experience ever!

We had ordered cheese pizza with EXTRA cheese, chicken steam and chicken chilli momo and drumstick. BUT what were we served? Momo that tasted below average, Cheese pizza with NO cheese, and HAIRY drumstick. The AUDACITY!

Momo: The size and taste are not worth the price you pay! Also, there was a small piece of hair on the chilly momo.

Pizza: DO NOT ORDER! The worst pizza I've ever tasted. We had ordered a medium sized pizza but we were served a small one. Despite asking for extra cheese, it lacked cheese!! It smelled AWFUL and the crust was like crackers (we didn't ask for a thin crust). The crust and the cheese layer separated exactly into two different parts (upper cheese and lower crust) after taking a bite into the pizza. I can, without a doubt, tell you that it was STALE and was REHEATED before serving.

Chicken drumstick: We took it back to where we were staying and found that the meat still had chicken hair on it. Don't you guys double check the food before serving? Should you really be serving this to your customers?

About the server and the service: The server was very unprofessional. He was not attending us properly even when WE were the ONLY customers there at that time. When we complained about the food, instead of listening to the customers, he wanted to us to know that their food was better than others.

We paid an extra price for the water (even if it was just Rs 5 more), which was labelled with a price tag of Rs 35 and was of the same hotel.

So we had the WORST experience in Hotel S.S Dream and would not recommend anyone to go here. I'd rather stay hungry than go to this...

A lady working in front desk is very unprofessional and rude. She does not know how to present with a guest. She does not wish you as namaste, good morning or good night. Even she does not smile. I stayed 2 times in Hotel SS Dream, my experience in both time was not good. I do not recommend to all to stay in the hotel having such staff. There are other many hotels in Kohalpur, better you search...
