🌟 A Tranquil place Near Manthali Airport: TM Guest House 🌟
Nestled just opposite the Manthali airport in Ramechhap, Nepal lies a hidden gem –exuding warmth and hospitality. From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in genuine care, making my stay on April 6th, 2024, an unforgettable experience.
The guest house has around 10 rooms catering to various preferences. Whether it's a solo retreat or a cozy getaway for a group. I opted for a single occupancy room, which was clean and furnished with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a window.
The attached washroom was nice, offering Western toilet, along with the convenience of warm shower thanks to the provided geysers. It was evident that cleanliness was a priority, ensuring a refreshing and rejuvenating experience.
They have an enchanting garden, adorned with natural dried grass roofs and dotted with sitting arrangements. It served as the perfect spot to indulge in delectable home-cooked meals prepared with love by the in-house kitchen. From hearty chapatis to flavorful dal and a variety of mouthwatering sabjis, every dish was a culinary delight that tantalized the taste buds. For those who drink- they have mini bar as well.
The guest house's proximity to the airport is undoubtedly a boon for travelers seeking convenience without compromising on comfort. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. Their willingness to go above and beyond, from assisting with currency exchange to sharing insightful conversations, is a testament to their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.
Furthermore, the seamless connectivity provided by the complimentary Wi-Fi ensured that I stayed connected with loved ones throughout my stay. Payment options were equally hassle-free, offering the flexibility of cash or digital transactions according to the guest's preference.
In conclusion, the warmth of the hosts, coupled with the tranquil ambiance and convenient location, made it feel like a home away from home.
I carry with me fond memories and a profound appreciation for the genuine hospitality that defines this establishment. My heartfelt recommendation echoes loud and clear – do yourself a favor and experience the unparalleled charm of this hidden gem in Manthali.

We traveled from Jaynagar to Ramechhap by road and stayed at TM Guest House on May 17, 2025, before catching our Sita Air flight the next morning for our EBC trek. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Savin and his family welcomed us so warmly — it truly felt like visiting relatives rather than staying in a hotel!
It happened to be a Saturday (a bank holiday in Nepal), and we had no idea. Mr. Savin went above and beyond to help us exchange our currency even when the banks were closed — something we really appreciated.
The room was spotless and comfortable, and the food was fresh and delicious. But what made our stay truly special was the kindness and care of the family. When our flight got canceled the next day, they did everything they could to help us. Later, when a flight from Kathmandu finally came to pick us up, Mr. Savin noticed how anxious we were and even offered us water bottles for the journey — free of charge.
It’s hard to call TM Guest House a “hotel” because it honestly feels more like home. I’ll always remember the warmth and hospitality of this wonderful family. Highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in...
Read moreHonestly nice location, but we a very bad experience. We walked directly to the hotel, checked on the availability, agreed on price and checked in to a room, got ourselves comfortable after a very exhausted day. We started the day at 3am from Kathmandu, waited the whole day at Ramechap airport until 4pm. And after half an hour the owner knocks the door and says the room was already booked by someone else. We had already changed, settled in, and now had to move out. We barely had the strength to voice out the agony, asked if we can even pay extra and just stay, which he refused. It was their responsibility to manage availabilities. Possibly they got a way better deal online so we were turned down. He did apologise and arranged a tuk to take us somewhere that was far from the airport, which we already didn't have a choice and had to spend the night in a miserable place. Remember the customer's you get based on the location are sometimes very desperate and broken, just don't act irresponsible with their...
