I’m really grateful for the night I spent here Beds were really comfortable and with clean sheets. I asked them for a new one and brought immediately. They also provide with soap, shampoo and towel if requested. I only used the towel. The Wi-Fi was not strong enough for video calls (which I had to do) but enough for messages and checking emails. Location is key, since it’s super close to the border. It was very quiet at night and had a wonderful view with palm trees. They were really kind with me, asked me if I needed food and allowed me to keep a few things in the fridge. I strongly recommend it for one night stay

1. Rooms- all rooms have attached toilet/bathroom, fitted with ACs , fans, lots of designer lights. But, The toilets are uncleaned, no soap or shampoo. ACs , fans or lights does not provide their supposed functions. There is router for free wifi in each floor but i think the router are just for show. I had to purchase data for this feedback. I bought a new bed sheet just outdoor of the hotel and used it for the miserable night. 2. Service- Non responsive, unhelpful, no hospitality. 3. Location- near to international border and bus stop .

A friend of mine suggested me to stay at Mamata guest house after complete my two weeks India tour. I found this hotel was so sweet and clean. As I came to know from the owner Deepak he just set up new property bought land and built in well designed building with three stories after running rental property in different touristy places in Nepal. Depending upon clients choice they made AC and non Ac class room all room are well furnished.||||Mamat hotel also has a nice restaurent they offer diffrent kind of cuisine like Indian, Chinese, continental and Nepales traditional food too. We had dinner and breakfast it was so wonderful I came to know from Deepak cooks are well trained and proffesional who are experienced in well known star and non star hotel. They also have a nice bar with air conditioned room where we had few local and internation drink in reasonable price. ||||The Mamata hotel is located at the border between Nepal and India and 30 kilo meters far from the Birth place of Lord Buddha. We found that easiy one can catch bus, micro bus, car, jeep and place to kathmandu and other major cities like pokhara and any parts of India too.||||We are really impressed from Mamata hotel. If any one want to get any information about this hotel then please PM me or...

due to border closed for 2 days, i stuck at nepal-india border. One of a local shop owner suggested me this hotel near sunauli bus stop. The hotel is good, rooms are not so big but clean. Nice manager and hotel staff is friendly. Food is okay but very value for money. not even food but hotel is also value for money. During my stay i visited the places like manakamna temple, sauraha.||In the night you can go for lucky singh dhaba for tandoori, though the place is not so pleasant but taste is good. hotel accepts indian currencies too. i recommend this hotel for business traveler as well as business...
