You have invested a lot of money in the business, i like everything visually, but the staff decided that they need to personally put money in pocket from foreigners (and maybe not only). My family and I are lovers of eating in cafes and it is already annoying when extra positions are knocked out on our account. They say the error came out) No, the error is when they do not write in bill ordered position, but in our case it is a deception of foreigners, who may not notice that instead of 2 positions in the account they write 4. I can assume that if they are successfully deceived, then they will cancel the extra ones at the checkout and put them in their pocket. But the deception of foreigners on this seemed insufficient. I asked to order a taxi for us, the bartender ordered, but when i asked how much it costs, he said that it was necessary to decide with the taxi driver. It confused me, it turned out not in vain. A taxi driver arrived and told us the price of 2500 npr to the center. Comment for other foreigners: the road to this resord on military territory and it is possible to move along it only by transport. And of course, in each taxi order, employees want to put their commissions, so the price is 2 times more expensive and they call and tell fairy tales that they do not know how much the trip will cost. Why did we order a taxi in another resort near you and immediately called an adequate price? Maybe the owner has already fined the staff there who are cheating and now everyone is working honestly? Dear owner of the establishment! We are sure that you are not aware of what is happening behind your back, but the responses to the reviews that I see are more like automatic. If you are ready to take concrete measures with regard to the staff discussed on 06/29/24 and write them to me in detail, I am ready to change my review, because it is important for me that those who deceive me...

TERRIBLE SERVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If I could give Green Valley Resort a -5 star rating, I absolutely would. My friends and I had the most infuriating and utterly disappointing experience here yesterday. We arrived, placed our order, and then the nightmare began.

We waited for over an hour, and our food simply did not arrive. We called staff and waiters over MULTIPLE times, politely asking about our order and how much longer it would take. Each time, we were met with a dismissive "Okay, we will check" – and that was it. No follow-up, no real answers, just empty promises.

After an hour of this ridiculous charade, I was forced to call the resort's main number. The lady who picked up assured me our order would be sent in "10 minutes." We waited another 30 minutes after that call, clinging to a sliver of hope, but still, nothing. Absolutely nothing.

We were utterly disgusted by this point and had no choice but to leave. The service is beyond third-class; it's practically non-existent. It's clear they do not value their customers in the slightest. You are not a priority here; your time is not a priority here.

And the worst part? As we were leaving, fuming from this abysmal experience, we saw all the waiters and staff gathered in one spot, chatting and laughing amongst themselves, completely ignoring the customers and their pending orders. They were more interested in their conversations than providing the basic service they are paid for.

This resort is a prime example of how not to run a business. Their behavior is unacceptable, their service is a joke, and their disregard for customers is appalling. Highly, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually cares about...
