Bed and Breakfast Gasteren — Hotel in Aa en Hunze

My son and I stayed here for only one night. The room was super comfy, great modern and clean bathroom. Our hostess was very friendly and recommended a great local restaurant for dinner. The picnic style breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty and filling. ||||We hired bikes and rode around for a bit. The house is situated in a gorgeous village. Do not stay in Assen do yourself a favour and stay here. So quiet, easy to get to and parking at the front door. Lovely...

Stayed there for a weekend with our dog and it was excellent! The location was great, the owners lovely and hospitable and the breakfast was delicious. Free parking outside and good quality high speed WiFi. Plenty of nice trails nearby to go walking with your dog....

Wat een prachtige omgeving en een nog mooiere locatie met de leukste gastvrouw en -man. Wat hebben wij een super fietsvakantie gehad met schitterend weer. Het toeval wilde ook nog dat het noorderlicht te zien was en zelf nog een vallende ster gespot. De locatie is wijds, de accommodatie luxe. Het uitgebreide ontbijt wordt geserveerd in een grote mand en je kunt kiezen of je buiten eet of op de kamer. Kon het beter? Neen. ||Vanuit de Randstad willen wij emigreren naar de Veluwe, maar die deze ervaring hebben wij nog sterk getwijfeld om naar...
