We had the pleasure to stay here for a couple of weeks in house number 101. The park is quite small but has decent facilities. There's a small indoor swimming pool with water slide and separate kids area. Outside the are several playgrounds scattered throughout the premises. There's also a small kids water play area which is awesome for the warmer days. Inside there's also a playground for the less good weather days. Throughout the day, every day of the week, there are several activities organized by the recreation team. Use the Landal app to find out about the schedule. Some require payment and some require signing up in advance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is very well maintained and issues are resolved within hours. Each house has their own free Ziggo cable internet connection with a large selection of TV channels and blazing fast 200 Mbit internet access. Look in the information brochure in the house for the WiFi password. They also have houses with special adjustments for kids and a fenced garden with a trampoline, sandbox and slide. These are awesome if you have little kids. Across the road there's a beautiful forest to enjoy for wandering or cycling. I highly recommend crossing the road near house 101 going into the forest. Keep going straight until you reach the asphalted bicycle path. Take a right here and follow the asphalt path and you'll reach the reception area. Beautiful trail. There's a restaurant on site which we haven't tried. There's also a snackbar which also bakes fresh pizzas for reasonable prices. The on premises supermarket is steep priced but has everything you need to fix a meal if you don't want to leave the park. If you're looking for peace in a small setting that has all the basics covered, this is your...

Read moreStayed at Landal for a long Easter Weekend. First time at this park and at a Landal park in general. The beautiful National Park is on the other side of the road. Fantastic for walks and cycling.||||Our house (no 173) was nice an very clean. CV and gas heater downstairs, electric one upstairs. Also, we had a sauna and solarium, which was very nice for some R&R. ||||Due to COVID19, some facilities like the swimming pool were closed. We did not find this bothersome at all. The restaurant does take away, food is simple and okay but don't expect outstanding cuisine. The gourmet set menu, however, was very nice and good value.||||There are a lot of playgrounds for our little one to play. We also rented bikes for a day to explore the surroundings. Staff is friendly and phoned in when we are almost due to arrive for check in. ||||The only thing that did not went well, was the fact that we ordered breakfast by means of a voucher. We should've handed this voucher to the super market, which was closed at 19:00. We were scheduled to arrive around 20:00. The receptionist said we should go to the supermarket the next morning. We did, but there they said we should've handed the voucher in the day before. In the end we got our breakfast for the day (which was very good!!), but this matter should've been resolved more proactively since we were checking in late.||||All in all we had a very good stay and we might come back here...
