My worst stay ever.||We paid more than 400 euros for a weekend in a luxury Holiday Home, and what we’ve got, is the worst holiday home ever.|They advertised with a bosrand home, 2 stories high, with bath, but what we’ve got was a old tiny dirty stable , with the worst freezing bedrooms ever. |The bathroom was so small, and old, smells like hell and was dirty.|The kitchen is older than my grand parents, and the equipment was only a ancient gas cooking plate. ||We’ve got a holiday home totally different as advertised, and the receptionist said, that’s normal, because you’ve booked via a booking site.|The receptionist wasn’t willing to help, but i had to make another down payment of 65 euros, also not advertised or mentioned anywhere before.|You must pay hundreds of euros hidden costs for the sheets, cleaning and tourist taxes pro day. ||Sleeping in a luxury hotel is cheaper! ||The furniture is dirty, and very old, and the beds are short with dirty mattresses, full with bed mites! ||There is no oven, even not a microwave.|Coffee must be made by an antique coffee machine. |The cuttery and table ware is old and is dirty |The refrigerator is not working.|The windows are single glass and the holiday home is always cold and the wind blows through the house.|The house itself looks like a stable. And that’s what it is. |My car is more luxe to sleep in. ||My advice, avoid this park!!!!||It is...

We stayed here with family in March/April 2013 and had a very good time despite extremely cold weather. The house was comfortably warm. The beds were average, but slept well. The house was very clean upon arrival. They are nicely situated in the forrest and we saw buzzards, rabbits and woodpeckers on several occasions. The forest is nice and there are little lakes closeby. The playgrounds are very good. We were not able to use the swimmingpool, but certainly will do a next time. If you stay with a bigger family in the South of Holland then this would be a good place. Oss, Den Bosch, Nijmegen and the Theme Park "de Efteling" are all within 30-45 minutes drive. Only negative point was the humming of an aircirculation system. You could not turn this of and we had to get used to this the first nights. For us it was a very...

We have stayed at Herperduin vacation park 2 times. Both times were positive and we will be back. We booked the Bosvila 6 model and it had all we needed for an extended stay. One stay was with our daughter in July 2013 and the park and pool offered a lot of outdoor and active options. The second stay was just my husband and I over Christmas and New Year holidays in winter 2014. The restaurants are fantastic and the little shop with fresh bread each morning is a must! You'll likely need bikes or a car if you plan to go anywhere outside of the park as it's too far to walk to town or other attractions. We plan to go back as soon as we can. It's a quiet, peaceful and beautiful retreat in...

Great place to relax. Early June the park isn't that busy but even if it were the bungalows are well spread out. I love that it's a vehicle free park. Wi-Fi throughout the park. If you're American and not familiar with Dutch resorts, you'll need your own paper products, towels. Bedding can be rented. Laundry on site has been a bonus! Small grocery store on site too. But Schaijk has a Jumbo and Albert Heijn just 8 to 10 min bike ride. Bike rentals on site too! My kids stayed busy all day at Herperduin in the speelbos.

Great place for children as well as adults. There is a free swimming pool as well as a couple of restaurants. There’s alot of room for walking and (mountain)biking. The only downside is the bathrooms, they feel like they’re 50 years old.
