||If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep for one night, this is probably not the place for you, unless you have business at Teuge Airport. If you are looking to spend a romantic time with your loved one and/or you are an aviation enthusiast, this is the perfect place for you. Make sure have plenty of time, or best spend 2 nights, in order to enjoy all the amenities of this one of a kind 'hotel'! |Marjan is the perfect host. She even|brought my breakfast in the evening (for the fridge), because I had an early start the next day for a flight out of AMS. Unfortunately I was alone on a business trip with not nearly enough time. I will definitely return, with more time and in company. Note: Traffic between Amsterdam and Teuge between 7.00 and 9.00 and between 15.00 and 18.00 is crazy so plan accordingly. You definitely need a car. This was the coolest surprise birthday I have ever had! When we first arrived we were met and shown around by a very nice gentleman, giving us a thorough description of the entire plane with all its areas and state of the art lighting and fixtures. I never would have guessed it would be 138 feet from the back of the plane where you sleep, pass the bathroom, the amazing shower and sauna, full sized tub, dining and kitchen, very comfortable sitting and tv area and of course the cockpit where you can sit for hours and look around at everything. However I really enjoyed sitting there on the patio, looking out over the runway, watching the skydivers and nice planes come and go. The people had set us up with transportation to a very nice place to get dinner in town as well, and in the morning, brought an incredible spread for breakfast. I cant wait to go back and enjoy this incredibly unique hotel! And if you are up for it, check out the skydiving right...
