Was a lovely place and started off well, but by the end of the night we were demanded to pay our bill (even thou we weren't asked to pay when we were given the key, we planned on settling in the morning) we were accused of standing up trail journeys for a ride we didn't even book, as the accommodation was last minute due to a cancellation, all we were told was it was for 3 lads, no names but it wasn't us. We booked a Premium Studio and were overall very satisfied with our stay. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, which is a very important factor for us. The studio offered plenty of space and comfort. In addition to the large, comfortable bed, there was a cozy sitting area with armchairs and a sofa, ideal for relaxing. The kitchenette was equipped with a kettle, microwave, and toaster. The only drawback: there was no stovetop, which somewhat limited the preparation of hot meals. When I stated to the lady at reception I had 'paid' less than what she asked me to pay (as she was unawares I had already paid), I then had to wait as she then phoned Expedia/Wotif for five/ten minutes and had an argument to them about selling rooms to cheap, rather awkward as I had to stand there.. This was before checking us in and giving the keys to the room...Three nights, room never serviced (website states they do), would suggest freeview tv needs a rejig as could only get five channels, two of which religious.
