I booked for 2 nights and later tried to change it to 1 night only but they didnt because of some weekend deal rule that they had so i agreed and went with family and 2 young kids. The room turned out to be upstairs which is not safe for kids (specially my 1.5 year old) taking stairs up and down, i mentioned to the staff that they should have mentioned it on their site about it, surely i would not have booked if i knew, not to mention the price was $315 per night. I did ask for change of room but they said all other rooms are booked and i would have to pay extra to upgrade to which i said no.
Anyhow the room is by the main door and road which is super busy so expect traffic from 6 am to 12 midnight hence your holiday sleep is ruined.
The only reason i paid that much money to go to a Top 10 holiday park was so that my kids would have a big playground to play but guess what , the playground is literally 4x4 meters with just a slide and trampoline. Never saw any kids play there because its so small and literally 2.5 meters from a parked campervan with people in it.
Overall it doesnt have the vibe of a holiday park, its too small and neighbouring houses are connected to it so expect more noise apart from traffic noise.

Read moreI had a terrible experience here. I'm not usually a complainer, but I first attempted to rectify this over email unsuccessfully. The park was INCREDIBLY loud (screaming children, the people who own the house behind where I was parked at site 1 were having a loud gathering until late, etc), there were people loitering around my site (literally sitting and talking at the picnic table at my campsite at 1am, then another rummaging through a trash bag I had on the table) which made me really uncomfortable, the facilities were disheveled and out of date (none of the plug in cook tops worked in the kitchen, appliances were very old, women's bathrooms were extremely out of date), and I found the park very dirty and unstocked (mold in the showers, dirt/mud on the floor, several bathroom stalls without toilet paper for a long time, towels in the kitchen were very gross). I did not feel comfortable staying here and left the next morning before check out time after attempting to speak to an employee, but the office was closed. I emailed them to ask for a refund for my second night's stay (... since I left and had to pay to stay somewhere else), but their response was defensive...
