All 5 Star for this Holiday Park, so glad we researched it first on Google review as a few other had not so flash comments. The heated pool has a massive sliding roof so yes it’s basically indoor. Our favourite word CLEAN, it’s clean clean so nice. Motorhome sites have a concrete paver sort of thing so helps for water and in winter that’s also very nice. The amenities are awesome and heated lol, hot water is endless we all know what that means in winter so good. Staff are lovely and very accommodating. Camp kitchen is one of the best we have had apart from Hotwater Beach. Common area for kids is heated with a big TV. They also have 2 BBQ on the outside of the Kitchen and a pizza oven. Laundry is good, machines are getting old however got the job done really well (old but good maybe) Takes about 15min to town centre which is a nice drive and we found nicer to be out of town a little, it’s right near the airport. The luge rides and gondola rides took us 22min drive in a motorhome so not far to get around at all. We were doing 2 night here to reset and ended up doing 3 nights. A very comfortable place to do a big clean and rest. Wifi is free and endless as well.

Fantastic camping ground. We recently stayed for four nights as a large group spread across cabins and powered sites. The facilities at the holiday park were fantastic, the pool (or "ool" for those in the know) was great, the cover provided protection from heat and cold and allowed for a really enjoyable swimming experience. Plenty of fun to be had on the play ground and cruising around on the pedal cars. The cabins were in excellent condition and obviously well cared for and maintained. The staff onsite were polite, professional and friendly at all times and went out of their way to make is feel at home and welcome. The close proximity to the Lake Boat ramp made getting out onto the water during the days simple and speedy. We have already reserved our cabins for next year and are looking forward to coming back.

A beautifully set out holiday park. My family & I enjoyed our brief overnight stay. Great amenities, large clean kitchen & dinning TV area. Shared toilets & showers are clean & modern. Great comfortable cabins & fully contained studios available. Looks like great RV & tent site options. The pool is big with a Spa. The pool heated in cooler months (but owners waiting for a new heating unit to arrive, due in August). Though still warm enough for my daughter to enjoy it. The Large playground & colourful dinosaurs decorate the whole site. Neat fun! Kids will love this place anytime of year. I can imagine it being popular in warmer months. Efficient air conditioning/heat pump unit in cabin to keep us cosy warm. Highly recommended.

I’m not happy at all with the staff member who approached me on my second day outside my room with my kids to say I booked for 2 adults in which I did not book for two adults because it was only myself the only adult . She said it was a room only for two adults in which I only booked the room I liked not a family room but a room enough for myself & my kids . I only need a room to sleep but I was not fussed with the room I am in . This room I booked has a bunk bed aswell as a double bed so she lied when saying it’s only for two adults .

I normally would book & pay & have no issues at all accommodations in the past .

She suggested I only need to pay $40 extra at the desk before I leave .

I was forced at the desk to pay $180 extra or Il have to leave & find other accommodation in which left me hurt & broken for myself & my children . This is very unfair. I had booked on Agoda & because I am a VIP member & i get very good discounts for each night stay . I did try to test the bookings on the website & it shows if I put each of my kids & booked a larger room i would get it for under $600 , although I would need to share a bathroom in which I did not want to do because of my preference with my kids.

I was charged an extra $180 on the second day of my stay or I will be forced to leave . This was a threat to me & my children which left me in tears after I left this morning.

I was already late to leave for our attraction . But this lady has put me under a huge amount of stress to pay an extra &1or I will be kicked out .

I asked if I can do all of this later as I need to go with my children . She made my children wait about 30 mins in the car while she was disputing this with me . I was having trouble with internet & I couldn’t load my Agoda app & she was being very hesitant to force me to pay for this & I am very disappointed .

I had booked this holiday for my oldest daughter’s birthday week & I booked this facility particularly for my children only . I didn’t mind if I slept on a bed or not aslong my kids were in a bed & happy.

There was make up smudging on the doorway of someone’s make up foundation which was dry & also a flooding each time my kids showered because the padding to the shower door is not there . I believe this caused alot of issues for us to dry the floors after each shower .

Luckily we came with our own extra towels & dishwashing liquid, shampoo & conditioner & body wash .

The robe in the closet looked like it was worn as the arm was...

We have been here before on New years and were given noise restrictions for a radio playing so soft, unfortunately its a very popular destination for the elderly! We gave it a second go and it was even worse than before! My husband and I have a busy life and go away to get a break from our reality. Although the place is clean, if your looking to have a great time and let loose(within reason), this is not the place for you! There are so many elderly people and locals living here permanently that dont appreciate you having a little bit of fun(I get it, it's there home) but I didn't pay an arm and a leg to whisper at night after 10pm. Another very annoying thing is, the only facility here besides the playground is the pool. We would tour the city by day and plan to come back for a swim but they hire the pool out to a business who does private swimming lessons and the pool is unavailable during this time(both instances!). I have kids and chose this place for the pool but half the time we need it its unavailable! I got the impression If your not a local they dont care to much for you except your money. They would have to pay me to come back!!!! Such a shame because my kids loved it, because of the people they met(the non locals also visiting). First time we stayed here was for 8 days, second time 2 nights was all we could tolerate. And we have been advised of this by others before. I just thought it's by time someone speaks up, because that's the only way change...
