Aqua Soleil Villas — Hotel in North Island

Let's start with the pros. Location is great and right by a beach (not quite a swimming one) but has a lovely long track which you could follow or walked into town centre. Alternatively you can drive into city centre in just five minutes. The place is pretty much a town house unit with a manager living in one of the units herself. There is a spa pool and swimming pool which didn't use due to cold temperature so we couldn't rate.

Inside the apartment it is a one bedroom unit with a kitchen with some utensils, pots and knife etc. Bathroom has a shower box with washing machine. Kitchen has dishwasher.

Cons: old and tired looking. Despite what it looks like a recent paint job in the bedroom, the toilet (especially over the shower) and kitchen has stained or lifting paint/wall covering. Dust right next to the washing in the toilet and you're forced to look at every time you sit on the toilet. Not very happy about the lady who managed this place I book this place on 5 Sept for weekend of 21 and 22 September, book for two villas When I book on the 5 September it was suppose to be 20% deposit on my card But I've notice on 7 September all the payments was put through without my knowledge I have email her and said I know the whole payment was put through she never gave me a explanation why she did that Full payment was suppose to be pay when we arrive on the day I have never encountered this before staying anywhere, where full payment was put through straight away without my agreement When we got to the villa I call her to say we are here and she sound very rude and had a tone to her voice that I have parked up near my villa cause I cant find her apartment Beside this bad service she gave and put all payment through, the place was...

Great place to be!! Beds super comfy,clean and great kitchen amenities- everything a chef would need to crest a fabulous meal!! We stayed 3 nights originally- adding another!! Our host Jacqui was Polite and had nice energy- we like her professional manner as well!!
