Our stay for a couple of nights was a wonderful way to have a relaxing getaway! The cottage is clean, cozy and has stunning views over Whatamango Bay and into Queen Charlotte Sound. Despite being only 15 minutes drive from Picton, the cottage is surrounded by native bush, and feels like it is in a remote and undisturbed location. Megan and Paul are very accommodating, flexible and kind hosts, who provided us with our every want and need, including the use of their kayaks! The seaside is easily accessible, down a private track next to the house. The cottage came well stocked with everything we’d need from the bathroom to the kitchenette. We have to thank Megan and Paul for being such thoughtful hosts, and being so helpful when our holiday plans were slightly disrupted. They truly are 10/10 hosts that want nothing less than a good experience for their guests. We have already recommended this stay to friends and would love to return! Thanks again for the great stay. Jack and Sam 😊

We came to stay here for 4 nights in November and had such a magical time! A perfect place to relax and read a book. The cottage was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. Megan had thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable and her home made granola is out of this world! The views are unbeatable and we enjoyed watching the various sea life in the bay just below. On our last day we even saw a pod of orcas swimming just past the jetty!

Beautiful stay at Picton Paradise Cottages. The place was perfectly clean and had everything we needed plus a few extra special touches. Megan was a fantastic and friendly host. We used the kayaks and had a magnificent paddle out over the water, spotting native birds and stingrays. Would recommend!

We stayed here over Christmas and it was the most amazing place to be! The cottage is fantastic with everything you need and its own secluded balcony with unbeatable views over the water. It's just a short drive to Picton and has easy access to the water for a swim with a private path down to the beach.

On top of this, Megan and Paul were amazing hosts. They couldn't have been more accommodating, welcoming and friendly; even inviting us to join them for Christmas dinner!

Highly recommend this as a...

Highly recommend Picton Paradise Cottages. We stayed three nights and then returned for 2 more at the end of our South Island trip. The cottages are well presented, even down to local soaps and the fluffiest towels ever. The views from the cottages are truely magical, you don't really want to leave. Megan and Ted are great hosts and very easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise and for your incredible...
