Professional customer service, very responsive to customers' concerns. Hotel is neat and classy, rooms are spacious and well organized. To avoid noise from the major road, please choose rooms that are located in the back. Food tastes very good but I do think their food is slightly expensive. Complimentary breakfast has both local and intercontinental menu, more variety would be appreciated. Bathroom tissue paper holder in my room is broken and needs replacement asap. The towel that was spread on the bathroom floor in my room was torn, I called for a replacement and it was immediately replaced. I did not come with my own ride so the receptionist recommended a cab driver for me. He drove me around for the days I was with them and I had no issues with him. Service: Their service is not bad given the location and region, but there is room for improvement.
They have a couple of courteous and professional staff.
Pricing: It is quiet affordable and the best part of it is that you can get smaller rooms with same comfort at a reduced price, so no need to bug yourself over affordability.
Quality of rooms: I was able to stay in two different kind of rooms during my stay, this helped me explore on quality of rooms. On a scale of 10, I will rate them 7, they need to work on the inter comms and Air conditioners in the bigger rooms.
Food: I ordered egusi soup and semo, the soup could not pass my throat, will I ever try their soups again? NO!!
Each room payment comes with a complimentary breakfast that starts around 7am. It was like same food was served everyday that I remained in the hotel.😢

Ehhh, so I have mixed feelings about my experience because there were some good and bad so I'll just break it down into those groups instead of writing a long paragraph but 3 stars for benefit of doubt.
Did not like roach appearances urine on toilet and condom wrapper found from previous guest stay air condition unit broken in a few units. limited towel provision refrigerator it seems for all units doesn't really work well wifi connection and signal was poor.
Liked customer service complimentary breakfast unit size door bell feature hotel decor (rooms, lobby, restaurant) food
Need to work on add iron and iron board to units more than 5 TV channels 🙄 please get rid of that dirty looking rug that comes in every unit. finishing touches in areas like bathroom (window tub and toilet crevice seals) availability of food menu items.
