The Atrium Lagos — Hotel in Ikeja

Stayed here for 8 nights. Pros: good location, appealing interior decor, secure( consequence of location) , food : good taste and decent portions.

Cons: A ground floor stay is tricky...too much noise mostly from staff especially in the morning I presume when cleaning etc commences. Doors slammed with reckless abandon. Just very unprofessional. If you are a light sleeper like myself you'll wake up very easily. Not ideal at all..

More importantly I found I kept on getting incomplete information from different members of staff around issues of airport transfer, discounts for duration of stay and breakfast. Again just not very professional.

The menu is quite elaborate but when you call only a handful of things were available..rice and swallow. Maybe it was just when I was there

Overall: Decent hotel. Lots of positives but if one has a more refined palate you may struggle to have a great experience here. Not sure...

The place is beautiful and it has a very serene ambience .We lodged here for a wedding and the staff are not very accommodating with regards to taking pictures. It’s nice for a good stay but not events. It’s a wedding and people take pictures for weddings. We got shouted at very rudely when we had to take pictures. They kept complaining at every point we had to take pictures telling us we couldn’t take pictures here and there. The only place we could take pictures had very poor lighting. The response time for food is 30mins to 1 hour.

The staff are generally rude and don’t know how to talk nicely about issues without getting agitated . I recommend they take a course on customer relations

They don’t also have any full length mirror so you can even take a look at yourself properly I do not recommend...

Very serene environment, the rooms are nice, the softness of the bed was bliss but you see the staffs most especially the people I met at the reception very rude set of people and are not understanding...as a photographer that came to work I was not pleased with their attitude so imagine how the guest lounging would feel.

If you're just going to lounge I can say you should stay there but you've a wedding or want to do a...
