Nera Hotel — Hotel in Jabi

The Native Huts overseeing the lake offers a peaceful retreat on the edge of the Jabi lake, renowned for its natural beauty, The Native Huts provides an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions in the area. The Boat Cruise Panorama features a twilight view of a National Historic Landmark of Jabi Lake and one of Abuja's most recognizable locations.

Nice place to be Nera Hotel provided the convenience required for my trip. Accessible to different areas of business. An upscale hotel that provides for discerning guests. Good security and reception. Some room however for improvement. Recommended.

I have stopped at this hotel a few times in the last 12months. Found the hotel very fairly priced, with the hotel basics of:-Security, bed, AC and hot water all perfectly acceptable. The Jabi boat club is within the grounds so you are guaranteed good food and drinks in the evening. Room service is also available, the food like most hotel I have visited is far better if you order from the local food section of the menu. If your room faces the lake, expect to hear music from the bar at the weekends in the evenings. The staff were always friendly

Staff are great. Courteous, helpful, well behaved, friendly, all you can ask for. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel also well priced and at an excellent location for Abuja. But they have some infrastructural deficits. Little things that may not matter on a single night's stay but begin to grate on the nerves from the second night. An elevator is sorely needed. A side exit for guests to visit the lake and pool areas, shower curtains! Oh did I miss shower curtains. Without those, water splashed everywhere in the bathroom making the bathroom. This little toiletries too. Well needed. More wall sockets in the rooms.

While I appreciated the staff, I don't think I'll ever be back until I'm sure there are shower...

Nera hotels, located along Alex Ekwueme way, Jabi is an ideal place to be. It is easily accessible, has adequate security, polite and courteous staff, sparkling clean, spacious and well furnished rooms and it's very affordable. It has a restaurant, meeting rooms, events hall, wine bar, laundry services etc. It is an ideal place for business meetings, relaxation, couples getaway and family vacations. The view from the rooms overlooking the jabi lake, situated just behind the hotel is a wonder to behold. The high point of my visit though was the relaxation spot at d back of hotel by the banks of jabi lake. It's a wonder to behold. The view and cool breeze from the lake makes for extreme relaxation. Here u are treated to some good music as well as access to assorted wines and beer. Did I mention the barbecue fish and other delicacies that makes here the best spot...
