Avital Suites And Resort — Hotel in Lagos State

General comments: Located in a residential area in Ogulana drive, surulere.

Accessibility: Good road network and neat neighbourhood/environment. Minimal ‘in compound’ parking. A bakery not far from the hotel offers pastries and food and there is a popular fast food close to it. The Hotel food is also not bad.

High points: They give free breakfast to all guests and I must say I was impressed with this. The airconditioning was powerful, lol!They have a functional spa with staff who know what they are doing! There is a working gym and pool as well.

Staff are really helpful and friendly!

Room service: As much a I loved this hotel, there’s urgent need for more manpower. It made daily cleaning of the rooms really poor although the cleaners were really courteous and quick with their work. The intercomm in my room didn't work till I left.

I would give them a five but for the above...

Everything I give 85/100. I paid 21k per night for 7days for my Christmas vacation for a room n the room was small but I love the setting. Breakfast 90% good. Services 80% good. Housekeeping by the receptionist 100%(doing the absence of the housekeepers ) but housekeeping by the housekeeper 20% n she was rude. Electricity 100%. Couldn't use the swimming pool during my 7days cos it was on maintain. The gym 100%. The hotel restaurant meal 60% didn't enjoy my rice n stew I ordered but enjoyed my freshly fried turkey meat so I had to eat out all through my stay there cos I love...

In my books, this Hotel set out in a predominantly residential and quiet neighborhood is simply elegant with a hint of modesty.

It is quiet by all means and has well sized rooms with a decent bathroom.

The rooms are not overly costly for the location and are well sized.

There is a modest restaurant that doubles as the bar.

The customer service is above average and the staff are soft spoken, friendly and courteous.

There is a limited car park area but the presence of security personnel gives a comforting...
