Kilo Royal Hotel — Hotel in Lagos State

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The service delivery fell well below expectations, with noticeable delays and, at times, a lack of professionalism from some staff members. It was particularly concerning that meal orders placed early in the day were not served until late at night, around 11 PM.

Additionally, I observed inconsistencies in pricing for food and beverages, which seemed to vary depending on which staff member attended to you. Guests were often not given the option to choose from a full menu, but rather were served based on limited availability. On a few occasions, the quality of meals raised concerns, including instances where the food appeared stale or potentially spoiled.

Overall, the experience did not reflect the standards one would expect from a hospitality...
