The hotel is very nice, all employees are helpful and trying to do there best to satisfy us.||The room is clean and looks new, restaurant is nice.||Food was almost the same most of the days (No variety), we have stayed 5 days and was only 3 types of fruits never changed, No any kind of cheese in all meals. as well i try to have sea food soup which was in the dinner buffet and surprised from bones still in it.||shoe polish machine is located next to my suite 327 which make noisy when use (should locate away of rooms.||i tried to give my notes in the guest comments in second room 306, but i found the form is filled by the previous guest. i send it to the reception and asked for new one to fill, but also it was not available ||The Towels in the rooms looks old and spotted which seems that you have shortage in the towels as both of our rooms have only one each (Bath towel and Hand towel)||such 5* stars hotel should have 2 each.||Mini bar has nothing inside except the water. there is bad odor in fridge 327||Mosquito were around in the room. There are some missing channels in the TV which should be installed or remove it.||in 327 there is no garbage pin, only in the reception of the suite.||in 306 the sound of the exhaust fan in the bathroom...

My experience was a tale of two cities. Lobby4⭐- definitely underwhelming with only 2 check in counters. Rooms 4⭐ are spacious, cosy. Some pillows are ever hard and bedsheets are not supreme. They provide very few towels I had to keep calling reception for replacement. TV 📺 in my room was microscopic 😲😲. Shower was okay. No iron available in the room.

Food & Bev 5⭐ - Here I can write a whole thesis. Breakfast was elaborate. Most items available. Keep in mind it's a Muslim state so no pork saugage or bacon. My Omlettes were delightful and juices had kick. Lunch and dinner buffets were comprehensive. We had fish meat chicken and All traditional foods soups pasta station etc. Please improved desert section.

Pool & gym were okay though I never managed to swim

Ability to deal with naija black outs was okay. Good power back up generators. Adequate Aircon

All in all - I would recommend it this hotel to all my networks

The only reason I'm giving you a 4 is coz I got food poisoning😬. I'm not sure whay exactly coz I never ate outside the hotel even once. I suspect the salads. Thank God you have a...

What you HAVE TO KNOW about BRISTOL HOTEL: 🏨 Solid ambience, nothing too special. Big corridors, sound proof 👉 Rooms: Spacious, equipped with what you need. Vanity kit and iron/ironboard were missing. 👌 Service: Top notch, especially for Nigeria 🇳🇬. Friendly, timely, communicative. 💪Gym: Big plus for me since it is very well equipped - much better than usual hotel gyms. 🍲 Restaurant: Breakfast not really on 5* niveau more like 3 to 4*. A la carte restaurant is okay but nothing special. Menu is quite small and nothing surprising. Tahir Palace is much better in that regard. FAZIT: Good hotel, probably for international standards more a 4 than a 5 star hotel. Restaurant could be better. I will test other (more economic) hotel and then see if the price premium is justified. Definitely not a bad place to stay at.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel accommodation......one of the best in Kano municipal.....though not too cheap at about N60,000 for the standard room.....but its value for money. Its bed & breakfast. They make and serve tasty international and local cuisine and even give a late afternoon snack daily (cup cake as seen in the pictures) to all guests in their rooms 😀 .....seeing such for the 1st time ever! There is a gym and swimming pool....also have a safe in the room. They need to do something about the lights-out though.....once electricity goes off, the whole hotel stands still for up to 4mins sometimes (this happens a few times daily) and the emergency lights in the rooms and corridor font work! There has to be a way the generator comes up almost immediately light goes out...phew!
