Location, location, location. And beyond that, there's not much good to say.|Room is OK, boasting the world's smallest bathroom. Breakfast was at booking.com hyped to be very good, while in reality it was a battle for space, missing items and staff with no understanding of user needs whatsoever. The bistor, we found out by accident, is closed on Sundays - which ought to cost the fourth star right away. It forced us to leave for a hasty meal in town, but when we returned, there was food being served in the bistro after all, and of course, we could have eaten there. The closed on Sundays information in the welcoming email is "just in case" there are not enough guests who have pre-booked. Service, my a.... This hotel ought to undergo a pretty close scrutiny by the Best Western management, as it seriously jepordizes the BW brand. Do not book this hotel if you expect fantastic views! They promise you that you will have a fantastic view of the city or the water from every room. That turns out not to be true. Because the trees have grown, you only have a nice view of the city or the water in a limited number of rooms. You have to drive quite a bit up the mountain (about 7 km from the edge of the city). So, you have to go down and up every day while the view is only beautiful from the terrace. This is misleading in our opinion. Only book if you don't care about the promised view. Great hotel when visiting Oslo/Tryvann Ski Resort. Warmly welcomed by the receptionists and many free amenities throughout the hotel (free coffee, water, fruit). Our balcony was blocked by the large amounts of snow, but this cannot be blamed on the hotel of course. The views were stunning and the weather contributed positively on that. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of food. Also tried the sauna, which was a nice add.

Room was quite big with a great bed. Only the bathroom could use a little renovation but that was really the only thing. Would come again when visiting this...
