Unfortunately the cottages are equipped with a very narrow, steep staircase with irregularly shaped steps that leads to the mezzanine where the beds are located. During the night I slipped from the ladder and this required me to return home and check myself in hospital due to very serious bruises on my back, consequent reduction in mobility and a 15-day prognosis. The reception (in a fast food restaurant open from 11am to 11pm) was closed and there was no possibility of getting help. The ladder is definitely illegal and dangerous for adults and even more so for children. We add that the cottage was dirty and that a supplement of NOK 175 per person is required for the sheet kit and a single towel. Lack of pots and therefore you can't use the kitchen. Beautifully positioned by a mountain stream our gold coloured cottage did not disappoint. The first impression was space - it was great to have room to move. Two comfortable chairs faced the wall-mounted TV. There was dining table and chairs and space to keep your belongings. The kitchenette had 2 hotplates and pots/pans/cutlery/crockery but did not have a microwave or toaster. At the back of the cottage was an outdoor table and chairs facing the stream.
