Grand Orchid Hotel Apartment- Duqm — Hotel in Al Wusta Governorate

We booked deluxe room with facilities like bathtub ,free WiFi etc etc. But on reaching they gave us 1 bhk apartment. Wifi also not available in the room they provide. No doubt room was clean bed was fantastic but we paid for deluxe room not apartment. Morever staff was good but wearing jeans never saw before any hotel staff wearing jeans. Other issues pay only cash. No option to use card. This 1 star ⭐ only i give for bed . Location also under construction . So before booking room confirm will they provide same room you booked or...

Excellent hotel for a longer stay or just shot stay overnight and centrally located in Duqm. We stayed here twice on our trip through Oman as we liked it so much - we felt very welcome.
