TEATIME DUQM — Restaurant in Al Wusta Governorate

Today, my friend and I decided to visit this shop. As we approached the counter, I took the opportunity to ask one of the staff members if they offered karak tea. To my surprise, his response was quite abrupt; he said, "What else is gonna sell there?"

The tone of his reply struck me as rude and disrespectful, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. It's essential for staff in customer-facing roles to engage with patrons in a more polite and respectful manner. Such interactions can significantly influence a customer's experience. Tea time is more than welcome in Duqm as the First 24/7 restaurant!! I got the chance to visit Tea Time few times last week:

First visit: I took a Fresh Beef Burger and strawberry juice - the burger was very good but a little more french fries would have been great

Second visit: In the morning, i called and ordered a 2 eggs slice bread sandwich and a cappuccino - to finally receives 2 parata eggs sandwich and 1 french cappucino (not done with the barista machine but .. hot water and powder type of cappucino (very bad)

So far, if you go for tchai, juice, small snacks .. you will be happy!! For the meal and specialities.. still the staff need some practice and experience!

I will definitely go back soon to try...

I visited tea time for the first time first of all I felt little expensive compared to others. Their juice mouth watering one. I ordered teatime special and chikku juice both 5/5.

Now about their wrap, i will give only 2/5 they are using too much ketchup, only ketchup taste exceeding not able to taste chicken. Zinger porotta also 2/5, more than chicken they are frying flour , U will smell and taste flour too much.

I didn't like their idea of putting olives in sandwiches.

Am giving 3/5 because of their service, ( very poor service) half an hour to take order and one hour to deliver order... very late...too...
