Sand View Hotel — Hotel in Muscat

My partner and I checked into this hotel for Christmas and New Years. The service is excellent and the rooms spacious and comfortable. You do have to keep asking for clean towels though. We stayed for nine nights in total, we requested clean bedding also and extra coffee and bottled water. Hot showers, a fridge and air con. Sadly the Netflix isn’t working.

The streaming on the smart tv is very weak. This needs to be addressed. Plenty of storage space for luggage and clothes. Parking at the front of the hotel ones a first come, first served basis. The hotel is new and clean, but keep in mind, this is not a fancy hotel. It is very close to Mall of Oman. What is really exceptional in this hotel is the staff. They are all so friendly and available to assist you whenever you need them, especially Mr. Nadim and Mr. Mounir. They made me feel at home and solved any issues professionally and with a smile.
