I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel One Mall Road, and it is with regret that I share my disappointment with the overall condition of the establishment. From poorly managed rooms to aging facilities, my stay left much to be desired. I initially received a room on the ground floor, which, to my dismay, was in an even worse condition. After requesting a change, the new room presented only marginal improvements. Upon entering my assigned room, I was immediately struck by the outdated air conditioning unit that not only made excessive noise but also failed to maintain a comfortable temperature. The washroom was no better, with an exhaust fan emitting a series of horrible noises throughout my stay. The carpets were visibly unclean, featuring numerous patches, and the overall lack of maintenance was evident in rusty lamps scattered around the room. To make matters worse, an unpleasant sewage smell permeated both the rooms and the lobby, creating a thoroughly unpleasant atmosphere. Even the breakfast they served didn't have much variety. It was a bit boring, to be honest. These images highlight the subpar conditions and may serve as a cautionary reference for potential guests. Overall, my stay at Hotel One Mall Road was a regrettable experience. The combination of poorly maintained rooms, noisy amenities, unclean carpets, and an unpleasant odor made for a less-than-ideal stay. Hotel one resides in the very start of mall road when one turns left from canal road to mall road.it comes before pearl continental.small building with no such features and a normal white gate on the left side of road before signal. Hotel has a small parking which barely accommodates 12 or 14 vehicles.the main gate is for the building is on right side. Entrance seems clean with clean building.eatery halls are on left side which one can see partially through mirrors. Yesterday i had a chance to go there to meet some of my old friends.they were complaining about hotel.the attached bath was not up to the standard with bathing area poorly made.rooms are small less lighted although all carpeted.rooms don't have well fitted wall cupboards instead a wooden cupboard can be seen in one corner.air conditioner model was at least 10 years old but working.the hotel charged 1500 more for an extra mattress.the rent for the room was around 9000 rupees a day.there are hotels which are much better than this one in lahore in same price.it is less likely that i or my friends stay here...
