Old Hunza Inn — Hotel in Lower Hunza Tehsil

Allow me to provide some feedback on both the positive and negative aspects of the hotel.

Negatives:

Absence of tissue paper in the room Lack of proper dustbins Inadequate viper in the washroom Sunroof issue causing excessive morning sunlight, affecting sleep quality High charges for fancy room facilities that do not meet expectations Insufficient sleepers in the room or for the washroom Lack of cupboards in the room No proper parking Electricity issues, as generators are powered off at 9pm despite promises for later timing Inconsistent availability of warm water

Positives:

Quality of extra mattresses provided Excellent staff service Clean bedding and prompt change of bedsheets upon request Provision of a heater upon request Helpful and accommodating hosts Enjoyable complimentary breakfast

Instead of highlighting imported rugs from Afghanistan for $500, it would be more beneficial to prioritize quality improvements in the washroom. Issues such as rusted sinks, the absence of exhaust fans, and excessively small washrooms should be addressed as a priority.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. I have visited Old Hunza Inn a week before. Whenever I use to travel for Hunza Pakistan, I choose to stay at this beautiful hotel. The reasons which forced me to comment and write a review are; 1- The view of this hotel is just amazing and mesmerising 2- The rooms are extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at 10 am 3- The staff at this hotel are all great and very helpful 4- They have a kitchen and you can cook your food yourself if interested 5- The owner of this hotel is kind enough to accommodate guests in a very reasonable way 6- They ensure hot water in morning for baths 7- They have a terrace with mountain facing where you can bonfire and celebrate life and musical activities Thank you guys ! I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone specially families visiting downtown.

Just a humble request to all “pls pls don’t litter everywhere” Use dustbins and allocated places for throwing garbage and baby pampers. Have a wonderful trip...

We travel to the north quite often and i have to say that old hunza inn was one of the best boarding lodging experience we have ever had ! Super comfortable rooms, best views of rakaposhi and the hunza valley, and situated in the heart of karimabad, this beautiful cozy place has a warm welcoming and home like feel to it ! The owner is a graciously hospitable man , making sure all the guests' needs are met. The staff works around the clock to provide the best comfort possible. The ambience gives an authentic hunza living experience, with its fresh gardens of apple, cherry and apricot trees and a breathtaking view from the rooftop , where you can dine or just hang out and relax. The place provides a speedy internet service which ofcourse is very welcoming when one is away from home. Over all i would highly recomend old hunza inn for a devine mountain lodging experience . A huge shout out to Liaqat Baig (the owner) for going out of his way at times to provide his guests with the best lesiure and relaxation time one could hope for. Will definitely visit again. Till...
