Wow, this was the highlight of my trip, it was my first time staying in multan with my family and selected bellmorris just by looking at the reviews, it was above my expectations, the rooms are very very nice everything was brand new and well equipped, the decor was outstanding and the ambiance was out of this world, my kids both loved staying there.... The food was on another level breakfast area was modern well decorated and the food was great... The staff were very humble and friendly, would be my only choice in multan when i ill visit again

I have been a regular customer for more than 7 years now, recently I visited bel Morris hotel and as usual my stay was excellent and staff was humble and polite, their service got better over time and finally when checking out I forgot a laptop bag with my valuables inside on their reception sofa which I realized when I reached abottabad, I called the reception talked to Mr. Zohaib he immediately checked the lost and found dept and sent me pictures of my stuff, I want to give credit to Ms momena and Mr zohaib for not only comforting me about my lost laptop but made sure it was kept secure and safe which I collected back after 10 days, their staff was professional in finding and reporting it to the lost and found dept. I just tried the food there specifically, worst experience ever, food took more then an hour to get prepared, which is even ok somehow bearable. The food was not served fully the one we ordered. Moreover the staff was over confident and trying to be nice sarcastically. Raeta was served with “ HAIR” in it and without any reaction we ignored it with staff’s apology. Then after such a bad experience overall the staff who was serving us was trying to treat us someone who came first time in hotel. First of all its been more than 15 years i m leaving in UAE and i know far better than that guy who was telling us “PROFESSIONAL GUEST” come to that hotel. Which is totally a foolish behavior from him. I guess then to serve the professional guests please be professional first. Dear Hotel Management please give them training at least how to talk and treat the people. My friends and family, ( overseas) and in multan, will not even bother themselves to visit this hotel.
