On July 18th 2018, at 4.35 p.m , we 5 persons visited Fort continental for High Tea for the very first time, having such a lovely place in Peshawar is more than a fortune for Peshawar. But all in vain ,While entering the hall the first thought we had in our mind was "Messy" people rushing here and there, waiters had no idea either how to greet guests or how to clean the tables, remaining of the foods were hidden under the table napkins, glasses were all wet and stained, forks and spoons had remaining of food items on them.

Coming towards the food items, there were only 10 items including fried rice without chicken, biryani without any meat or chicken and Dhaleem, in the shape of liquid along with 4 salads served in small containers and some broken cookies and cake pieces.

We firstly requested the staff to kindly refill it, they were obliged. But after 5,6 time when most of the people were quarreling with the staff that why "the articles are not re-filled" the staff stood like statues giving a satirical smile. When asked for "Suggestion Book" they handed us the Review cards and smiled.

We just drank, Tang and water there along with fried rices and pikorayy and nothing else was available. Its a request to maintain your standard because comparing High tea of Shelton Rezidor, Gloria Jeans etc with Fort Continental the challenge and competition is very tough.

Fort Continental has that charm and place because on the top floor it gives feeling of Monal but the standard needs to be revised...
