Eden Jungle Lodge Panama — Hotel in Bocas del Toro

Our experience at Eden Jungle Lodge Panama was absolute perfection from begging to end. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. The deck was our favorite place to sit with comfy chairs, a hammock and an incredible view of the grounds with the sea in the background. The hosts, Judith and Fabrice, made us feel welcome immediately. They were a delight for our entire stay. Fabrice took us on tours of the Finca and we learned about Cacao, vanilla, plantain and living in the jungle. Judith and Fabrice shared their love of the place and their home with us and we were amazed at all that was there.

We enjoyed gourmet meals everyday. We started our day with fresh tropical juice and fruits, followed by a delicious breakfast. We ended our day with a 5 star dinner capped off with scrumptious desserts and chocolate or banana liqueur in the evening. Lunch was equally delicious and we were presented with cool lemon water as we returned from each tour. Everything was fresh, many of our meals were right from eggs and vegetables grown on the property. All of our needs were expertly anticipated. I had the best pina colada in my life!

It was the perfect blend of relaxation and activity. If you need a break from taking in gorgeous scenery there are even a pool table and a foosball table on the upper deck to enjoy. I had the chance to stop there for a few days during my vacations in panama... and definitely don't regret it ! Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois chez Judith et Fabrice dans leur paradis exotique. Eden lodge porte parfaitement son nom. Un domaine luxuriant, rempli de fleurs magnifiques, de plantations de cacao, bananes, vanille, ananas, avocats... Tout semble pousser sur cette terre bénie. Judith a la main verte et s’occupe avec amour de ce jardin dont elle transforme les fruits en plats succulents. Tout est fait maison. Un festival de couleurs et de saveurs. Ce couple de français habite Bocas del Toro depuis plus de 10 ans et a réussi à s’adapter parfaitement à cette vie insulaire, ils vivent en grande partie de façon autonome, ils sont passionnés et transmettent leur amour du pays. Fabrice nous a fait faire une excursion en bateau où nous avons vu des dauphins et avons fait du snorkeling dans les mangroves. Parmi les souvenirs magiques de notre séjour chez eux, il y a le réveil chaque matin au son des singes hurleurs, et des multiples oiseaux, une vraie symphonie tropicale. Et puis la présentation de leur fabrication de chocolat maison, de la cabosse à la petite mignardise, savamment confectionnés par Judith.
