Hotel Pedasí Nature Paradise — Hotel in Los Santos

Clean, modern and comfortable apartment hotel. With a pool and loungers to enjoy. Great aircon and amazing hot water shower with incredible flow.

Only drawback, 2 actually:

The listing said not suitable for children, creating a reasonable assumption that it's a kid free zone. You know.. , thus no stomping, screaming, doors banging, parents scolding, noise etc, which was disappointingly no the case. We ended up staying in, till siesta time, when it got quiet to enjoy the pool, or during dinner time, to get a bit of pool time without the screaming and splashing. We shortened our three week trip after 10 days. Expectations set, created perceptions.

Says on the listing self catering kitchen. There were limited utinsils and we had to ask for a cutting board, cutting knife, grater etc. Which was immediately sourced. Pictures shows what is available, there was also a coffee machine ☺️ We ended up buying a kettle for the teabags they provided, and dish cloths, washing scourers and tea towels and a big pot for pasta. So come knowing this or you might like us be disappointed and spend more than anticipated on basic kitchen stuff. Expectations set, creates perceptions.

Hoping honest reviews like these helps improve their offering as its a totally romantic and tranquil location and concept.

Really enjoyed my stay with a friend at Pedasi Nature Paradise in Feb/Mar 2023. Lush landscape, well maintained. Great location close to many things and walking distance to restaurants, grocery, church etc. very clean, comfortable, and nice accommodations. Kitchen was furnished with bare minimum utensils, but we made it work. No oven, and being there for several weeks would haven been nice to have one. Laundry facility on premises was helpful. One of the greatest parts were the staff who I cannot say enough good things about. They were super accommodating and responded to any and all requests we had. Maria, the housekeeper was so pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. Definitely someone who loves her work and is excellent at it. Cesar was also someone who was super helpful and couldn't do enough for us. These two really assisted in making us feel at home here. I would recommend this lovely place to anyone looking to visit Panamá as it is perfectly located near beaches and other points of interest. |I really miss my morning coffee by the pool chatting it up with the other friendly guests...

The room we booked for carnival was unfinished, with the smell of oil paint and splotches of paint on the floor. No furniture in the room or on the patio. Water under the laminate flooring in the bathroom meant you had to wear shoes and use a towel by the toilet so your clothes didn’t get wet, and the shower drain was plugged. Speakers for the pool area were closer to our room than the pool, meaning constant noise from 10-8 every day, except Sunday, when karaoke went on til 11:20 pm, extra loud. When I reviewed the hotel on booking.com, manager responded that they were aware that the room wasn’t ready and had many deficiencies. Instead of informing us BEFORE we arrived and either offering a refund or reduced rate, we got neither. We paid full price for a substandard room for 3 days. His offer of a free 2 day stay is meaningless as we have already left Panama. We feel totally ripped off and feel that we should get at least a partial refund for our less than...
