Central and safe hotel with security; a front gate; small pool (more suitable for kids) and airport shuttle.

The lady receptionists are terrific and will try hard to make your stay pleasant, even if they need to speak to the chef at night and persuade him to make an omelette if you are a vegetarian and don’t want to pay for all the meat dishes available for the buffet.

(Otherwise the a la carte menu is the same as at other Coral Sea properties, albeit better cooked than at the Bird of Paradise Hotel at Garoka. It gets boring quickly, especially if you are a vegetarian and have limited options.)

Rooms are very clean and the hot water and electric generator work well. Be sure to check if the air conditioning works when you check in. First room we were given it didn’t and in the second room it was lovely and cold for two nights and then just blew out air during the ...

Very un professional the Impressions from staff attitude that I had were very poor. Lack of professionalism towards guest. No courtesy The service ! the room allocated looked like a guest house room Why ? Defects were clearly seen. 3.1 Air conditioning ducting broken from A/C unit 3.2 temperature control from the remote was non functional 3.3 Shower handles that kept falling off 3.4 low water pressure for the shower 3.5 Cracked walling visibly seen in shower 3.6 internal communication system not hooked up ( I had to walk to the restaurant to place my order instead of calling from the room ) 3.7 Television set's sound system very poor.

Seriously as a corporate client this is not worth the value paid for.

Please identify areas of concern and improve.

Otherwise the overall experience is depressing I give it a one performance based on this...

Hotel is in a central location and within walking distance to the market. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean. While the kitchen had the very basic amenities, one important thing it didn't have was a microwave. The apartment had a washing machine and dryer so we were able to do our own laundry. The cleaning staff were wonderful. Our apartment was cleaned daily even though we only put the sign out once. The apartment needs a bit of a touch up with maintenance but the aircons cooled nicely and the beds were nice and soft. Our only complaint was that, for the 4 days that we were there, we were only able to use the pool once as the other days it was either closed for cleaning or catering to a sports team who were staying at the...
