Exceptional Service and Integrity at Mandala Hotel, Encarnation, Paraguay

Last night, I stayed at Mandala Hotel, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Beyond the comfortable accommodations and excellent amenities, it was the staff’s honesty and dedication that truly stood out.

After checking out, the cleaning staff found my little bag with a significant amount of money in my hotel room. To my amazement, the hotel staff went above and beyond to contact me immediately, and ultimately involved the police to retrieve contact information to inform my about my forgotten bag. They handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and care.

This level of integrity and customer service is rare, and it speaks volumes about the management and team at Mandala Hotel. I am incredibly grateful for their efforts and honesty, which turned what could have been a stressful situation into a testament to their outstanding values.

The hotel offers spacious rooms, well equipped with a strong A/C that kept us fresh during the night. The breakfast is complete and fresh, and the check-in and check-out process is hassle-free. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Paraguay that combines comfort, hospitality, and trustworthiness, Mandala Hotel is the perfect choice. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely return on my next visit!

About 9 p.m. one of my local friend and I went into my room to chat ( about 30 minutes). After he left, l immediately received a phone call from the receptionist and told me I need to pay extra guaraní 100,000 for entrance of my friend because I only booked 1 person. I think it's unreasonable! First of all, the night shift receptionist saw us walked up to the floor and he didn't say anything or advised to me if my friend goes into my room, I need to pay, even just for a chat for an half hour. But he called me immediately after my friend left. It made me feel like he did it on purpose. If I let my friend to sleep or stay overnight, I think I agree to pay extra fee. But I didn't, we just talked for an half hour in the room. Besides, the air conditioner is old, so after few hours it started to leak, like a river. I called the receptionist Samuel and he helped me to call the people to repair it. I appreciated it! However, it seems not the first time happening after I talked to mechanics. Hello this hotel can be dangerous.The breakfast is poor and allways cold with really bad coffee.The rooms are ok but on the first floor is no view.Has good secure parking.Do not use the in house food and drink service as is overpriced and they oftern keep your change.Do not trust the night porter as he is a thief so if you do need his help get what you need first before handing over any cash.Be warned the night porter will keep pestering you to have a prostitute which just becomes nasty and makes the hotel seem sleazy.For what you get is a little over priced good luck.No safe...
