The abusive politics of cancelation are: if you cancel your reservation in the previous 3 days you will lost 100% of your money, so Never ever use any app like booking Expedia , Orbitz, etc. in any case reserve direct.

this hotel always had the problem of the leak of training of the employees, they have no idea of what they do.

The hotel does not have many services, very basic indeed.

The people at the counter do not have the ability to advise the clients.

Ive been client since the hotel opened a few years ago, that count nothing for them.

I will not expose the last inconvenient I had there in February 2025.

Stayed here for almost 20 nights with my wife during a four week period. I really like this place. The staff is friendly and everything is perfect clean. ||When entering the breakfast restaurant you are greeted with a smile and a "bon dias" (I do not speak Spanish). Always home made juice of different kind for breakfast. Cleaning staff is busy polishing floors and windows. This place is the cleanest place I have been to in South America. Not an insect of any sort seen. Note that there is no cold water. Only warm or hot!||All the staff is friendly (well the house cat do not greet you all the time).||I like the large room with good wifi. AC works good without wind on the bed.||Sometimes there is a party at the pool area that you will hear...

We decided to spend a long weekend and spend Christmas away. Because a friends recommended us we came to Bisinii hotel boutique. We just wanted quiet place and we found an incredible spot! It is clean, a very good breakfast ( just ask what you preferred and they will cook for you) it is 20 min away from the great shopping malls and after that comento pool, relax and can enjoy a great massage at the spa!|Good food!
