Hotel is great if visiting Ciudad del Este as this is the only decent hotel in down and located securely in the Country Club..||Only giving 3 stars as the service in the restaurant for dinner was horrible - not the waiter but the kitchen was fully overloaded due to a wedding and all other guests were kept waiting for their food !||I asked my steak to be cooked medium but had to return it twice and it was overcooked both times !||My wife had chicken which was ok but totally overpriced ||The waiter excused the bad experience by offering a bottle of wine which was ok, but you expect better in this kind of establishment ||Rooms could do with a...

The hotel has suite style rooms with a sitting area and bedroom with window. Desk space for working is limited and wifi internet connection is poor especially at night when everyone is connecting to see their emails. Great location in the Parana Country Club which gives a sense of extra security to the place. Beautiful boutique hotel with a nice pool, clean and spacious rooms. The food for lunch I had was ok. The welcome into the hotel wasn't the friendliest; however service throughout was good. Breakfast was big and with a variety of fruits and baked goods, eggs and bacon and much more.
